Need Input HELP!! Final Clean after Butchering

Final cleaning and getting ready to package and came across green meat when dividing breasts. Location was not actual Breast but the area running on each side of breast bone... What is going on??
It was culled dunked feathered and gutted in a very timely manner so it wasn't like it was a day or so later.. HAS ANYONE experienced this before??

Thank YOU!! It freaked me out so I quit all production on that one and started on other 2. Its for my mother in law so it's a no Know No tell.. I did cut it all out and cleaned it really good too
