Final cleaning and getting ready to package and came across green meat when dividing breasts. Location was not actual Breast but the area running on each side of breast bone... What is going on??
It was culled dunked feathered and gutted in a very timely manner so it wasn't like it was a day or so later.. HAS ANYONE experienced this before??
