Need more hatching tray room

I purchased a Dickey Incubator - 3 turning trays and 1 hatcher which I LOVE. In filling my trays when it came time to move to lockdown in the hatcher - I found that I had to take half of one of the turning trays for a hatcher.

Question:

Should I turn the turner off until hatch is complete (how will that affect the eggs that are NOT ready to come out). Right now I have just left everything on.
