10:1 water/bleach solution and in the case of what you're talking about I'd also add some dish detergent. Then wipe out thoroughly with just the plain water/bleach solution.

Mixing bleach and dish detergent produces toxic fumes. Use dish detergent first and rinse, then use bleach. Or you could use some Mean Green and rinse it out really good, that stuff will clean anything
