Need old shed or coop in SE Mass

Im hoping someone has an old coop or shed they want to get rid of. I live in Wareham , Ma. and can pick it up. I dont have alot of $ but could pay a modest amount depending on its condition. We are planning for around a dozen hens so it would have to be decent size. I am fairly handy so it could be repaired or modified .
