HAHA I know! But I swear this is the last time for a long long while!!!!

House is getting the inspection at the end of this week, then we can take the rest of the month to move, now I really hope Luke doesn't come early!

He wont. I bet he will be late. Just a feeling.....

The house & acreage sounds good all the way around.

Yah, Keep getting told that first babies are usually late, but now that I want him to hold out, he will probably make other plans... If he has his fathers impatient pain in the booty genes.

I would go with the house. My dh is really stuck on house size, but really we use so little of the space. Having a bigger yard was more important. Also a house on one level is nice.

You're not paying more for less space, you're paying more for MORE space. Acreage is space, you know. And with that acreage, you'll be spending a whole lot more time outside, so whatever inside space you have wont seem so small. I, too, think you already know the answer. Your comparison is like saying okay, liver or M&MS.....mmm, lemme think now......tough choice.......

I know I am, I've always hated making decisions. We both want to do the house, we just feel silly paying more for less space, but I guess we have to think that A house is an upgrade from a duplex. Privacy is an luxury, and the outdoor space is both. Also keeping my chickens on my own property, and getting to have my roo is a major pro!

A house AND Land is definately an upgrade from a duplex.

It really isn't a money issue, $100 is no sweat, it was just that we felt funny paying more for 1/3 less house, but it really is what we want, I just wish I could take our current master bedroom and bathroom with us, LOL!
