Need parts for my egg incubator

I bought an egg incubator from the thrift store I believe, and one of the glass panes are missing. does anyone know where to find it? Any suggestions will be welcomed.I've been searching the internet all day it seems and this is my last resort. I really need a for this. it seems like everywhere I look I end up like this or like this like this

I have been trying to purchase a plastic grate for my FI oven for over a month now. Their communication skills are less to be desired. I gave up. They can't read. No saying you will have the same experience but good luck never the less.
Miller manufacturing/ little giant has a top notch customer service report from me. Farm Innovators have let me down thru a series of emails.
Oh well. You might want to call. Reading is not their stronghold..lol
