need plans or ideas for an inexpensive coop

Does anybody have any ideas or plans for an inexpensive coop and run we were going to get a coop in the next few days but it fell through unfortunately so we need one ASAP

Not sure what your definition of cheap is, but I would consider a PVC hoop house. Throw a tarp over and voila!

The best way is to google "cheap coops" using the image search. I just did that. I think an A-frame made of 2X2 's about 4 to 6 feet in length would do. Of course, you didn't say how many chickens!
