My golden laced polish who's hair is thin and choppy but fluffy at the base.. and my white crested who has red wattles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We go back and forth. These are our first chickens so we're super new lol I've never seen them in the nesting boxes or heard them crow. What do you think?

:welcome

Thanks for sharing the photos. Hope the experts over on the breed/gender thread can help you out!

Hi :welcome

How old are your polish please? I'm pretty sure titre white crested is a female. The females develop quite pronounced wattles so you can't really go on that for sexing and that colour. Not sure on your gold lace yet as the tail and crest looks to be male but there is a lack wattle development on the bird.

Look like the white crested is a female, possibly the golden lace one is female as well. OMG I really want some polish again. Your golden laced polish reminds me of mine that I lost 6 months ago, and my others got taken by a predator as well..... Where would be a good place to buy polish eggs?
