need prayers for father in law

hi guys... my father in law has been diagnosed with cancer of the lungs and liver. we just found out today and he is already in stage 4 , so there is not much hope, but i know that there is always prayer so i am asking if anyone would just say a small prayer. his name is buddy and i have only know him about 4 years(married for two)but he has been more of a father to me than my own father. he will be greatly missed, i am doing my best to support my husband who is very distraught. thank you.......
