Yes , I watched her do it, not knowing any better.

This chick probably doesn't have a chance but the other eggs still do.
Is today hatch day?

You are really going to need to watch her to make sure she doesn't do this to all of them.
It might be best to pull them as SOON as they hatch.
Like immediately.
