Need quick, easy, cheap DAIRY FREE meals

Food intolerances are hard, my DD can't have gluten, corn, cow dairy or egg. The best thing to do is educate yourself because labels are only now required to list allergens, so it helps to know all the different words/ingredients that are made from either milk or wheat, etc (that don't actually say milk or wheat)
Example: milk could be lactose or whey. gluten could be from wheat, barley, rye and often is listed as malt or malt extract which are made from barley.

Please feel free to PM me, I'd be happy to help. Also, congrats on your new DD
