Need some advice asap :)

Right, having a bit of a flap! Got my egg pipping. Has been the same since I woke at 9 this morn (went to bed at 3am with no pip, so has happend within them 6 hours) no progress at all except she has started gettin louder an louder. Shes bein continuously loud now. after reading multipul post online, I have removed the loose bits of shell to find the membrane a tad yellow, so dabbed it with warm water, iv candled an the chick looks as tho its struggling, just randomly pecking around.... What should I do? I have already added another sponge for humidity xx

I cant see any blood cells??
