Its over now . It was some stupid stuff and he deeply regretted what he had done. We are all good now and will be celebrating our anniversary with a trip to Niaraga falls soon.

I hate that feeling when those memories creep up and make you feel awful.
I usually make myself watch a movie that I know I will get into or write down anything that comes into my head whether it makes sense or not it usually turns into something that helps me calm my emotions down quicker.
I hope you feel better soon.
