Need some desperate help (UPDATED with pics)

To really help, we need to know what he is eating - everything you feed him.

it would mean he isn't feathering properly. What is his diet like?

The store that I got his feed from closed down a few weeks ago.So while online,I found out that cracked corn is good for them so I started giving him that.

he needs to eat more than cracked corn. it doesn't not have enough protein for him... that might be why he's not growing his feathers right.

He needs to go back on a feed. He can go on a grower and/or a maintainence feed.

Typically a duck's diets ideally should be half feed, half scratch grains(and/or cracked corn), supplemented by fresh treats every now and then.

Are you sure he's a boy? what does his quack sound like like? if he's really a girl (can't tell by feathers since he isn't growing them right) he will need calcium supplements soon and can go on a layer feed.

I think it's best you find yourself another feed store, and if it's far, think about getting a big bag and an air tight food storage container (like the kind for dogs)

you can buy niacin or brewer's yeast from walmart in the vitamin section... just crush it up and add it to his food

I bought my brewers yeast in tablets from WalMart too. Then I called around to feed stores until I found one that could order duck food. I crumbled a 1/2 tablet every day and sprinked it on her food. I gave her peas and Purina Flock Raiser until the duck food came in. Like I said earlier, she was a rescue. Somebody bought her as a ducking at Tractor Supply. They gave her nothing but dry cat food. When she was 7 weeks old, they realized that she wasn't an ideal house pet and dumped her at the vet's office. Her feathering was behind schedule, she was small for her age, and she had a very crooked leg. She did improve with the good food and the brewer's yeast. Her feathers are normal now. She is slightly smaller than normal, but not too small. Her leg is still crooked, but she gets around very well. She is my only duck and lives with the chickens. If you change your duck's diet, she will most likely be fine.

I have a question on putting a vitamin tablet on the ducks food,I was going through a cabinet when I found out that I have a bottle of Centrum vitamin tablets and Focus Factor tablets.Can these be substitute for brewers yeast or the other method that was mentioned in this thread?Or should I just go for the brewers yeast?
