Just received my incubator on Monday morning and set 12 eggs from my own hens Monday evening. They will be crossed as my roosters are a banty Cochin/Wyandotte mix and a Wyandotte while the hens are Wyandotte, Barred Rock, Buff Orphington and black Sex Links. I'm hoping for a good hatch. The incubator I got is a Miller 9200 with the egg turner, still air. It seems to be accurate in holding the temperature as long as the room temperature is 70° or better but since we only heat with wood by morning it's usually in the 50's and the temperature has dropped a couple tenths. Can the temperature vary from 99.2 to 99.8 and still have a hatch?
