I would think that your white goes to 1Ok so I’m going to redo everything and use the directions but where does the other wire for my outlet go? Here’s how I have it now. I eliminated the pid. Where would the white wire from my outlet go?

I’m asuming the paper one you are talking about now?In your diagram 1and 3 are hot and should be jumped with a jumper wire fed by your power supply . 4 is neutral and should be connected to the neutral side of your power supply and jumped to the neutral side of your plug the sliver screws . 2 is hot only the controller switch is activated by the controller. use a single black wire from 2 to the brass screws on the plug you are using . you must separate the two controllers Run each to spate plug .
