need some help please

I have a hen thatt is staying in a corner of the coop she will drink water but i havent seen her eat in a couple of days. She is all poofed out around the neck area and will not extend her neck at all. Her cone is kind of a purple colour as well.she has been like this for 2 days. I need to know if this sounds like she is sick or maybe broke her neck somehow. If someone can please answer as soon as possible i dont want to leave her suffer. Waiting to hear before i put her down. Also if i do have to put her down and she is sick is she still eatable

Did you just find her this way or do you know of any fights? Will she eat or drink if you offer it up close? :/

She has been like that since yesturday. I just went to the pen and her colour is back to normal and she seems to be fine now. She is eating but she is drinking alot of water. I picked her up and nothing is broken. Maybe she was just cold cause it is starting to get cold at night here
