Got 6 (2 of each) chicks from the feed store today...they weren't much help. Are you? Thanks for all help!

The yellow one should be something red.

Thanks
Janice

The two with stripes on the top look like they could be OEGs, are they really small compared to everyone else? Do they have smooth legs and a single comb? The two black ones look very similar to barred rocks, but when they get older it will be easier to tell. The yellow one might be a Buff Orpington. Hope this helps.

The little striped ones could be some type of bantam... OEGB maybe?
The dark ones with yellow spots are Barred Rocks.
The yellow/reddish one could be a Red Sexlink, New Hampshire Red, or what hatcheries sell as Rhode Island Red, but they are really Production Reds.

Not sure about the first. The black ones def look like barred rocks and the last one looks like my golden comets (except mine have some wing feathers)

Heres a pic of my Golden Comets. (ignore the pink mark on their heads. Its how the feed store seperated them from the yellow EEs that were in the bin with them)
