Need Speckled Sussex Help

I rescued four Speckled Sussex pullets from our feed store cage. Three feathered out the same, and one looks very different. Can anyone with knowledge of the breed give me any thoughts on why the one looks so different? It is 1/3 larger than the other three, is it a roo, or did this hatchery goof and throw in some other breed? First picture is one of the three that are the same:

Here is the odd one, very red, no white, limited speckled feathers:

The 2nd one does not look like a Speckled Sussex. Sorry, but I don't have any idea what it might be. Maybe someone more experienced will know.
