'We' have decided to go with the wafer thermostat, which my wonderful husband 'wants' to build from scratch lol....We found a great post on putting one together, found the parts and he plans on meeting our electrician friend tomorrow to rig it up. I am so thankful for you guys because I had never heard of a wafer thermostat. I (I mean we lol) feel really good about the plan. I will def post a pic after it is done. hopefully with a bunch of sweet little peeps in it! Found the cooler and all the parts and our hatcher should only cost about $15.00

. I am most excited about the easy cleanup and being able to use a little bleach. I love my Styrofoam bator and want to clean it well but gently. This cooler I can scrub like crazy!
