Thanks Christwodog, that is some good info!Yes, check with the agriculture dept of the state to which you are moving - they might request anything from a health certificate from a vet to Avian Influenza testing on each bird...could get pricey fast!
As far as the actual travel, if it's under 10-12 hour drive, I probably would do the travel at night since they don't eat or drink at night, they kind of zone out in the dark. Might be less stressful on them (and you).
