I wouldn't do that. What does your unit say the humidity is? A separate hydrometer is a wonderful thing to add too. You might want to pick one up at the store tomorrow and then "salt test" it to make sure it's accurate. What did you keep the humidity at with your last clutch? Anytime I need to raise the humidity, I like to use a kitchen sponge in a small shallow dish and add water to the sponge as needed.
 
Humidity was set at 85 but apparently it wasn’t actually that. So looks like I got some testing and messing around to do after I see if any of the eggs are fertiel
85% for lock down or for the entire incubation period? I'm in NC so things are different for me but that seems high, even for lock down. Are you cooling the eggs or misting them?
