Long story short. I'm moving from 2.5 acres to a mere quarter on the North Shore. Unfortunately, that means I need to relocate most of my hens, which I have raised since birth. They are all slightly below 3 years old and in good health. I treated them more as pets than egg laying hens, so they have had relatively stress free lives.

The one flock consists of 4 hens. 1 Buff Brahma, 1 Plymouth Barred Rock and 2 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes. I would be willing to split up solely the 2 BRD Wyandottes as a pair because they get along so well.

The second flock is a little younger and consists more of smaller egg layers. I have 4 Black Sex Links, 1 Golden Comet and 2 Plymouth Barred Rock.

Anyway, I'm not thrilled about rehoming my chickens, but I'm looking for someone in the general area who could treat them with the with necessary respect. You can reach me at 516-497-3027 if you have any serious inquiries.
