Need to treat my flock with Corrid but have questions on dosing

hello, I have been a chicken keeper for a while but never had to do this before. I guess i need to treat the chickens with corrid, so i got it (see picture) but i am not sure about the dosing. I get the 10mg for 2.2 lb but how much water to dissolve it in? Can anyone help? thanks.

For an outbreak of coccidiosis, I would use 1 1/2 teaspoonsful per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is a good link for dosage:
