Here's the kicker... he is the manager. They use to have the market "cornered" here in Granby, but now that there is a TSC about 15 min up the same street, you'd think he would give two beans about his customers staying loyal. But no. So I'm done with them.

Ericksons Grain Mill INc is in Acton MA ~ 2 High St. 978-263-4733. Good luck!!! Not sure how long a ride from Granby, maybe about 2 hrs???

Check your local Agway, they should be able to tell you where they are OR better yet, order it for you. Depending on distance, it might be worth the small markup for them to get/ship it.

I would be tempted to write to the owner of the store and let them know what lousy customer service you received. Even a small purchase should be treated with respect because that's how you get the big sales and referrals down the road.
