Would someone be willing to send me some water wigglers? I can PayPal the money for the wigglers and shipping....I can't find them anywhere! I would like to have 3 of them. [IMG]

Quote:They're a toy-Walmart sells them for 88 cents in the summer toy aisle-probably all gone now though. They're fun in a wierd sort of way.
They have no real use related to poultry keeping though.

They are used in the incubator to simulate an egg. You get a thermometer with a probe on a cord. You put the probe inside the water wiggler to measure the temp inside the "water wiggler" egg. This helps you estimate the temp inside your eggs in the 'bator! [IMG]

Don't worry...a few months ago I wouldn't have known what a water wiggler was either... [IMG]

Just keep reading here on BYC and you'll know more about chickens than you ever thought possible!

Water Wigglers are better than valium.

The temp inside there stays nice and stable, and you can just stop worrying about the fluctuations in the 'bator itself....

    No more anxiety attacks....
