Thanks chickygirl2! I finally found a wiggler...at Dollar General! They didn't have them at my local one so I checked the Dollar General in the closest big city and they had them!

I just wanted to add I got mine at target for 1.00$ it was at the front of the store with all of there dollar items

I got the water wigglers and put one in the bator with 8 eggs. It has been in there 48 hours now and the air temp is 100.6 and the probe temp is 99.1. Is that what I should be seeing?

I'll let you know what did did in place of the water wigglers (b/c I couldn't find them either - Walmart was out until xmas time she said). We just used a little ziplock sandwich bag with water in it about 1/3 full, folded it in half and put the metal sensor in between that. It worked fine and I got about 10 out of 15 to hatch for my first try so it worked great.

I made a wiggler out of a rubber glove. Put the probe down the middle finger, which sets atop the other two fingers. I secured the middle of the glove with two bread ties.
I WOULD have had a real wiggler, but I made DD shovel out her room & throw all the kiddie toys away!
