I'm with Mandalina; Vermont sharp cheese (and crackers)! Of course, I live in NH and am nice and close to VT, but I still never get tired of it.

I'm with ya on the cheese and crackers..

Hehe Italian much? I think it's fascinating to see how we show our upbringing in adulthood.

I have to add Cheese Spaghetti... it was Memaw's specialty for family meals... can't be duplicated.

Pierogies or latkes or matzo ball soup. There is no such thing in the south, so I learned how to make them on my own. Ahhh I miss the diversity we had up north

Don't care for most Italian food, especially sausage, and especially marinara--never have. But give me some good English or Irish cooking, YUMMMMM.

Hi! My 'comfort food' is kind of along the same line as your soup. Brunswick Stew --- mine has chicken, sausage, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, corn, garden peas, onions, celery and must be made with the right proportions and seasoned just right. Goes well with corn bread.
