Needing advice on injured baby duck

Hey all. I finally caved and bought a couple ducks for my yard and one of them has an injured leg and am looking for some advice. The poor thing appears to have at some point broken it's leg and it didn't set right. The duck looks fine when it's standing but it has problems walking and can't jump up into the hutch.

When it walks around it doesn't walk on it's right foot uses more like it's leg to walk on.

I don't want to cull the poor thing but I also don't want it to suffer. So I'm asking you what do you think I should do?

If you got the ducks from a store like I did they have a two week guarantee on the birds but I have to take in the dead ones. I did't know this and have been putting them under the cherry tree. You may want to call and ask them. It sounds harsh but you might not be out of luck.
