Needing confirmation this is a cockerel

I am 95% sure this is a cockerel. The reason I have some doubt is because his full brother (same age) has been an obvious cockerel for 2 weeks, and is fully red in the face and comb whereas this chick is spotty pink. I have someone interested in him, so I'd like some other opinions before I let him go. Seven weeks old. (Yes I know his leg color is wrong).

The white cockerel in the background is it's full brother. You can see even in the poor lighting he's redder than the chick in question.

I'm not sure, but this looks like a pullet to me.

I wouldn't get rid of him yet. Not until 12 weeks when you can see male saddling, or if it's super obvious - which it should be very soon.
It does look male to me.
You should know for sure soon. Behaviour does count for a lot after a certain age.

I got a couple new pics this morning. I have side to side comparisons of this chick and its brother (the brother has been obvious for 2 weeks). I posted these on FB Araucana page and got mixed results there. Any new guesses? This is driving me nuts, I've never had such trouble sexing a chick! (Its now 7 1/2 weeks old).

I’m pretty sure the one on the right is a pullet. The one on the left doesn’t look so cockerel-ey either

Both look male to me but I agree the one on the left is hard.
Really could go either way.

It appears HE is a HE! His comb is still quite small, but I can see three rows of peas. Also, his entire face turned red overnight. He will be leaving this weekend for use in an Easter and Olive egger project.

Lack of coloring in the saddle still is not there sorry my 2 cents worth
