Needing help about breed/ sex my youth chickens

We got some chickens and guineas that were born around the 8th of June. We got just for extra egg layers. So we are pretty clueless on what breeds we bought. I did take a few photos of one to get started although I don't know if they are what's needed to determine breed and or sex.

My thoughts are Rooster where his feet are pretty broad and his waddles already seem to be showing.

Is the age correct? I counted that it makes it 11 weeks old in these pictures. Age is really important, so it needs to be accurate. If she is 11 weeks in these pics, then she’s a pullet.

She's a pullet.
Looks like an EE or an EE cross.

I think the age I gave was wrong. I think it's JULY 10th roughly. I can't seem to figure out how to edit my post
