Needing some bodies to help with a project

I know this is not the area for this topic, but there are just not enough people that are responding to the Chickenstock 2008 thread. We are in need of someone that is in the area of Lucasville Ohio. Not necessarily meaning you have to live in Ohio, but anywhere close to that surrounding area. Eggcetra received an email that the APA board is having their national meeting October 6 & 7 in Lucasville OH, and they have asked us to send one or two people to respresent BYC for the Chickenstock 2008 proposal. We really need some people to step up to the plate. I'm in the middle of some job interviews atm so I'm not going to know until next week if I can make the 7 1/2 hour trip. Is there anyone out there that could help us realize this vision? Thanks in advance!

I'm near Knoxville TN, but I can see what I can do.
My daughter has a soccer game that Saturday morning... That's the only conflict I can see, other than gas $ and DH approval.

What times are the meetings?
