OOh....what about taking a picture of her looking into your windows! (From inside). So when you call the police...you do have photographic PROOF of her 'peeping'. More than likely she might NOT still be standing in your yard by the time the police show up....so this would be an 'insurance' type thing.
On the other hand, with you and your husband being SO (over) considerate, she might feel ENTITLED to peeping ooops....I mean "checking in" on you. The fact that you are willing to inconvenience yourselves for HER coal delivery etc, might be enabling her 'bold' behaviors. And if her sons are living off...oops I mean with her....where are THEY when all of this is happening?
Oh...and MAYBE I missed this...but could you fence in your property? (Privacy fence could come in handy!) I wish I could install one at my place.
*Another side note...unless you have "no trespassing" signs posted pretty much everywhere...and she gets hurt while peeping on you on YOUR side of the property line....YOU are liable! Even if she slips on the wet grass while trying to get a better view into your home...YOU are liable for her injuries. It's the same as a burglar suing the homeowners of the house he was burglaring when he fell down the stairs and was paralyzed. It's INSANE...but is true! By STOPPING her behavior...you really ARE protecting YOURSELF (& your assets). But you can always present it under the guise of protecting HER health etc. You NEVER KNOW when a rooster will attack a poor old...HELPLESS lady just walking over to say "hi"! And if her sons are possibly mooching off of her...they may take advantage of the situation and SUE! CYA...always CYA!
