Neighbor dog problem, what would you do?

She said that two of her dogs roam free and that they seldom leave her property. Well unless you are with your loose dogs 24 hours 7 days a week you can not guarantee that! Very non responsible. I think she should shoot the neighbors dog when it come into her yard and the neighbor should shot her dogs when it steps foot on their property. Problem solved for both of the neglectful and ill responsible dog owners as long as both never own another dog again.

You know the first thing they will both do is go out and get more dogs, let 'em loose as usual, and start aiming at each other instead of the dogs.
