We have an irritating neighbor like that. He calls our cochin rooster a "gook chicken", spray painted our junebushes b/c he didn't want us to cut them down, put a sauger fish in our pond, shows up at odd hours wanting DH to drive him into town (probably b/c he's too drunk to do it himself). After the spray-painting trees incident, I got into with him. Then his mother (who is close to 80) got into a property dispute with us. In order to clear it up once and for all, we had our land surveyed and I told the son that if I saw him on our property again, I'd call the police.
DH says if we bring our goat buckling home (he lives at the friendly neighbor's), he'll put him in a pen just over the property line so she can smell him in the fall.
