No i wasn't wanting everyone to agree with me that he's a jerk, I don't care about that.

Wolfwoman, sorry if I can't build a fence by myself, you are mightier than I am apparently, no need to be so snarky.

I have obviously mistaken the other posts asking about the legalities of things for a place to ask my question. Yes my birds crossed the ever so coveted property line, yes thats wrong I admitted that. I'm taking down my garden, that nasty ugly orange fence to put up on the property line tomorrow, will end the issue.

Jetiki, I am sorry you and your neighbor are going thru this first of all. Maybe you could check Craigslist, sometimes they post free unwanted lumber and leftover scraps...maybe enough to build a bigger run
