Yep, you're right. I'm going to talk to them again. I just met those neighbors over this chicken ordeal, so it's kind of awkward.Isn't it private property? Technically, she is damaging your things?

I understand...chickens make you step out of your comfort bubble...I once had 7 chickens, 7 GROWN chickens jump over the fence into my neighbors property, it was a mess...Yep, you're right. Oh no haha. My husband really wants ours to free range, but I'm like look at what happens!I understand...chickens make you step out of your comfort bubble...I once had 7 chickens, 7 GROWN chickens jump over the fence into my neighbors property, it was a mess...
I do free range, but never had success, nor the courage to have a garden. They free range in a fenced in area though, so its not much of an issue.Oh no haha. My husband really wants ours to free range, but I'm like look at what happens!
She seems interested in my coop. Would it be a mistake to lock my chickens in the run in the morning and try to get her to hop in the back door of the coop? I just don't want to risk her spreading any pests or disease if she could have it. Is that a concern if I keep my chickens separate, but let her in the coop?
Good point, thanks! I didn't see her this morning, so hopefully she found a new place to hang out. I'll update if I see her again!Yes I agree with NatJ - catch her any way you can, and don't worry about the disease/parasite issue. They have already been exposed.
