I second landscaping options. I know some HOAs have rules about front yards, do they apply to backyards there? A nice thick shrub wall would help.

A HEPA air cleaner can be a good white noise machine and you get to breathe cleaner air as a bonus. I have asthma and I struggle with the Biblical levels of dust we get here in the desert so I have one in each room. They're really good at blocking out outside noise. You would probably have to turn it down or off for online business meetings, though.
