wow, you have no sense of the world. THEY ARE ANIMALS, they dont have a sense of boundaries if they haven't been taught this. So does that mean a two year old who walks onto someone elses yard should be shot two since they are trespassing? no it doesn't. Its called being polite.

kids and animals are no where near on the same level, trying to relate the two is just ridiculous. Animals belong on their own property period.
There are two separate issues here....
dog should stay on own property
inconsiderate neighbors making noise....check the noise ordinance
maybe they should have their son do something more extraneous to "get tired", like exercise?

So because she had weak bones you are blaming the dog for this? she could have just started to run and buck like horses do and this would have happened anyway. Dont blame a dog for health problem caused by old age. Thank you and have a good day.

our animal control doesn't take animals, they just call the owner to get it. Repeat offenders don't even get a slap on the wrist. They don't want to take them cuz they have no where to take them to...shelters are overrun. I called one time and told them a dog was chasing my chickens...they laughed. We don't call anymore, just a waste of time

lol Don't know much 'bout horses do you? Horses can safely live into their 40's and 50's

There is no more reason to discuss this with you, as it is apparent you are ignorant of the facts in general. Look up loose dogs harassing livestock.. look up property laws, look up equine care/health, dog training, or quit discussing things with me you know nothing about.
