I'll be interested in reading what happens with this, but wow. I hate when people being completely reasonable have to deal with stuff like this, and with attitude from the person causing the issues to boot. Hope it all works out.
 
Pitchforks.. shot guns in the air.. stampede him back across the owner's property and cause damage....
Keep running the bull, a good dog can run a bull...
Stampede YOUR cows across his property and cause damage...
If he is going to allow his bull on your property... go put your cows on HIS property...
Go unload a whole trailer load in his front yard...
Do you have any way of moving your cows, like with a 4-wheeler or horses?
Then push ALL of them onto his property...
I am sure you will get an ear ful, then you can give HIM an earful...

Nevada is a open range state too. We had the problem a few years ago on a roerty we where renting with cows stealing hay. If we wanted to comleain we would of had to have a fence that is made from this with post this far apart blah blah bla bluh
