Neighbor's unaltered cats driving me nuts!

Her is a good one for ya on unresponsible people. Our old neighbors moved to Texas and took all their animals except the cats. They had 15 unfixed cats, they ended up at my barn and my sister in laws next door. 8 of the females were pregnant. Needless to say they are all fixed now but what a mess. Most were not use to being around people so we had cages set up everywhere to catch the females that were pregnant.

When my parents moved to their property they had a cat show up. They fed her and she shortly had kittens. The kittens grew up. They trapped the mom and slowly were trapping the kittens. Well they were too late and some of the kittens had kittens. Well they keep trapping and still haven't got them all. Of course they have trapped a few of the neighbors cats. They got altered too. They found a vet that gives them a discounted price. So anyone they trap gets altered. The vet takes the tip off one of their ear so they don't bring in one that is already altered.
