Here's mine. The next boxes were made from a bench I had in the garage. The roost is a 1"x3" that sits in notches so it is removable. The poop board is a piece of plywood that removes for easy cleaning, sitting on a 2"x2" frame.

These are the nesting boxes that I built (all by myself!) for my small coop that we just moved and "remodeled". I used pallets for most of the wood. As you can see the boxes are blocked off for now until my girls get a little older. I thought that I would go ahead and put the fake eggs in there to get the idea in their head early on!
