For me, it's the red mite resistance. You wouldn't think so, but here in West Jordan, UT, we have plenty. Anything to help with that would be fantastic.

Gotta love the large easy to roll wheels and the warranty. Not to mention the attached run is much sturdier than the cheap ones currently available online.

I love the 25 year warranty. Nothing lasts that long anymore! I spent the same amount of money for a similar setup. And if I'm lucky it will last the next 3 to 5 years. I would love this coop!!
