If I had to choose from those three options, my top would be ease of cleaning! I'm getting to old to fuss about more than necessary.

What could be better?? I’m not sure but 25 year warranty and more resistance sounds great to me! Our girls would love a safe coop!

I actually do love that its red mite resistant as i not long had a bout of red mites amongst my coop! Wild birds bringing them in im not in US im Australia but only realised that detail after typing this up
