All are the features are fantastic but my favorite is the red mite resistance.

I like the warranty and the mobility but best of all resistant to mites.

My favorite feature of the Nestera is ease of cleaning -- maintaining the coop for our chickens would be soooo much easier and no longer a chore to be dreaded!

I have never heard of red mite resistance, but it sounds like a great feature! I have never had a pre-made chicken coop before, so idk if it is typical to have a warranty, but if I had to guess, I would say a 25-yr warranty is top tier.
