I just built theses last night. I was wondering if some of you could give me an idea of price if I decided to build and sell these. I was pretty impressed how they turned out. Very sturdy and all spaces are 12" x 12".

If I may.... well, I'm gong to anyway..... be honest.
I think they need to be taller (16" works well, IME), especially the bottom row, they actually stand up when releasing egg.
Deeper front lips (~3-4") to keep bedding in.
Add 1x4 perches about 8" out from front for easier access.
If folks are really going to use them outside, they may need much deeper front roof eaves to keep rain from wetting nest bedding.

They are very pretty, which will make them sell well, but I wouldn't buy them for reasons above....and because I build my own anyway.

When selling anything, the best price is what the seller and buyer agree on.
How to price them depends on your reachable market and what it will bear.
Start higher, cover your material and labor costs, you can always lower a price(and folks like to dicker a 'deal') but hard to raise it after the fact.
Higher prices also reflect value and quality.
