Off again, just opened her eyes

She doesn't seem to have any difficulty blasting around, like under exertion she's okay. It's just at rest she wants to doze off.
What could this be?
One second she's preening and looking around, that's her on the right

Then the next she's dozing

Soon after this pic below she tucked her head under her wing.View attachment 4164104
Dirt floor, extra shavings, babies bounce (not as rough as wood ducks). I haven't actually seen a broody get babies down before, but Jessica and Mama both did. Storm, Lark, and Indigo are all proof positive it can be done.Wow! That's impressive.
How do they get their chicks down from those boxes? Is there a ramp somewhere? There must be.
My Geese just LOVE banana (chickens, too, but if the geese see it, the chickens don't get any,I finally have 1 hen that will eat banana! Lady Featherington loves them. She gets it all if I bring one out. Everyone tries it but they'll leave it to her.
That is a wonderful video.Update

The popping sound was one of the eggs...instant protest from all the occupants. STINKS! No idea if the one that hopped in with PITA went back to Cardhu. I retrieved the stray yellow and dumped back in with PITA. Between the smell and the energy, I think Cardhu at least will be abandoning the nest today.
I can’t bear it how adorable they all are!Looks like the CHICKS are going to demand co-broodingView attachment 4164145little chipmunk was one of the chicks given to PITA....and fell off the ledge. Cardhu called it over and tucked under after pointing out food.
And we have a new one in the incubator. Good. My cuddle buddy won't be going to mama Focus alone.
This is why you need a rooster.I can’t bear it how adorable they all are!
