Here in NJ, TSC carries both coarse and fine pine shavings. Perhaps your store could order it for you?

I get 10 cubic feet for just under $8. I get the screened large flake from the local Blue Seal feed store (much better and cheaper than the TSC stuff): https://topbedding.com/en/wood-shavings/screened-large-flakes/

I have tried to do that with their bulk feed before and since we are so rural they wanted to charge us to deliver it from one store to the one that is closer to us. Maybe they wouldn't do it with this product though. If I can't find another way, I will certainly call them. Thanks!
