Nevadans?

OK Seth I getting anxious over all of your eggs. I have babies hatching all the way from Mass to Alaska and Southern Cal right now. Not to mention all the ones I have here.

Sunny, some of these chicks are from the egg project. Don't know how many of any will lay them yet, but the others would be considered EEs, so when you have space I'll have to get some to you. I have you and one other person helping me. She has one of the 3 roos I had held back that are F1 and then I lost one of mine to a hawk

I wouldn't even know what to call some of these chicks. F1, F2, The chickie babies. IDK, but I need lots on the ground so that once they lay, we can cull the rest. OK, for me that means, rehome some lovely EEs. LOL The roo down south is being bred to AMs right now and then we'll move to another breed or 2 and see what we get. I just figured with 3 I would keep 2 and then lost my smaller, pretty lguy. Tell Steve I said hi. I miss you guys.

just dropping in saying Hi. I live in California east of Placerville near Pollock Pines about 80 minutes from Stateline

I breed Penedesenca and Empordanesa. Plus olive eggers

Hey there , glad to see you on both of my favorite threads! Driving home from the bay on monday ,happily heading back into the mountains! It felt like home when we passed sly park. I didn't realize how close to Tahoe you were till now... Perhaps I'll have to try out your fabulous rare beautiful birds ;-)

Seth, you don't want to see Jason's chickens.....I try to look away....or build another pen!
no im blushing lol
What exactly have you hatched from fly babies? Have you been able to work in another line?
not me was Ron, though he just hatched wheaten and partridge penedesenca. He was not thrilled with there packing however. He told them and I think they said they would try something else in the future.
What is an Empordanesa and what makes it cool?

white empordanesa. White or any solid color of penedesenca other than black. Though white is it in the states. There are red and blue tail in Spain.

Empordanesa have the same benifits as penedesenca.

Ultra Heat Hardy , Ultra Alert ( Empordanesa the most of any I have seen )
Low food conversion . Do not seem to get sick easy.

Lay a very Dark brown egg. Crele penedesenca lay more medium brown but the rest dark.

all penedesenca are rare. Empordanesa are very rare
